Residential Design 2008
Below are images of the residential design of Bonnie Gale at 412 County Road 31 in Norwich, New York. The materials used include corten steel, solid bluestone stairs, flagstone, Delta lighting and beach pebbles.





Sukkah City Competition 2010, Union Square, New York
Bonnie Gale was asked to build the roof of the installation by Peter Sagar, entitled "Time/Timeless". The requirement was that the roof needed to made of material that once grew in the ground. Panels of willow rods were fashioned into a roof that was light and allowed a certain amount of shading. For more information, please see the web site: www.sukkahcity.com

REIGN II Television Baskets 2014
Bonnie Gale was commissioned by Time Warner to build a large number of baskets in buff willow to imitate Fifteenth century French willow baskets for carrying fowl. These baskets were used in the Reign II television series.

Willow Caskets 2020
Introducing the launch of a new business, “American Willow Caskets” by Bonnie Gale and her team in 2020. Expertly woven willow caskets, made locally in Central New York, will be available for purchase. These caskets are made with environmentally renewable willow and satisfy the needs of the green burial movement and can also be used for cremation. A range of sizes for adults, children and babies are available as well as custom orders. Easter Installation at the Rockefeller Center 2022
Bonnie Gale was commissioned to build 4 medium nests; 2 large nests; 10 bird houses to be hung in trees and one Hut for the Spring Installation 2022 in the Channel Gardens at the Rockefeller Center.



Trout Puppet and Lantern Making in 2024 and 2025
In May 2024, Bonnie Gale had the opportunity be be part of a special puppet and lantern-making workshop in Connecticut to highlight the threats to spawning for brook trout from dams through the North East by creating large scale fish puppets, lit with LED lights, culminating in a night time community parade. The workshop was led by international artist, Andrew Kim, creator of the Thingumajig Theatre in in the UK. Puppets are lanterns that have movable parts. Since that time, Bonnie has led local workshops for children and adults in fish lantern-making.




Wedding Arch and 14 Harlequin trees in 2025
In August 2025, Bonnie Gale's eldest son, Timothy married Molly Post at Garage B, a wedding venue in Boston. Bonnie agreed to make the Wedding Arch and 14 woven Harlequin trees. The Arch had the dimensions of 7.5 feet tall by 5.5 feet wide and 2 feet deep and was made with white willow. The trees were 6 feet tall, set in concrete in pots. Lavender and Orange were the wedding colors and the tops of the trees were decorated with dangly flowers in those colors. The trees were placed around the wedding venue space walls and were uplit.
